Mitchell Lewis & Staver manufactures custom pump stations to meet engineering specifications. Our designs include both skid-mounted and completely enclosed systems for buildings, subdivisions, industrial, irrigation, and municipal applications ranging from small single-pump boosters to large, complex multiple-pump, variable-speed stations with PLC controls.
Systems
Designed for a wide variety of applications and system sizes, all our boosters share common features, including each customer’s choice of pump manufacturers and types; fusion-bonded epoxy bases and piping; and UL-listed custom controls. We work with you and/or your designer to develop the best possible system for your site. Our packaged systems, when required, carry UL QCZJ labeling.
Enclosures
Small systems can be enclosed in our unique stainless steel, gull-wing design outdoor enclosure, which provides compact size, economical cost, and shelter for maintenance operations. Larger systems can be housed in custom-built steel buildings sized to meet equipment and job requirements. Custom features and colors are available.
Options
Many custom options are available for all booster systems, including but not limited to PLC controls, communications links, liquid level and pressure control options, transfer switches, and speed controls.
