On my journey as the CEO and Owner of MLS, one of the great rewards is bringing new talented individuals into the organization and watching them achieve their potential. This is very gratifying and adds strength and capacity to meet our long-term vision for Mitchell Lewis & Staver. With that I am thrilled to announce the following personnel promotions at Mitchell Lewis & Staver.
Since joining MLS in 2014 as CFO, Ean Reves has provided great insight into the objectives and steps required to move MLS towards the envisioned future of the company. Ean is also someone who cares deeply for our employees and desires growth both personally and professionally for everyone. Ean is an excellent steward of MLS and the values we uphold internally and externally. With this, please join me in congratulating Ean Reves on being named President & COO of Mitchell Lewis & Staver.
Chris Seeley joined the Mitchell family in 2019 as the Corporate Controller over the Mitchell Wine Group. Chris quickly established himself as thoughtful, intelligent leader that fits the values and culture we wish to cultivate. During his tenure, he has quickly migrated to Corporate Controller over all Mitchell Businesses, including MLS. He has become a trusted advisor to me, and everyone he works with, so please join me in congratulating Chris Seeley on his promotion to the role of CFO of Mitchell Lewis & Staver and our other family companies.
Dustin Powers began his career in the pump industry as a teen working for a family run company in Bakersfield during the summers. Since joining us in 2018, Dustin’s knowledge of the industry and support of his customers has made him an incredible asset, Branch Manager, and Territory Sales Manager at Mitchell Lewis & Staver’s Santa Maria location. His passion and experience for the industries we serve has lead the branch to become the region’s go-to solution for water systems. Please join me in congratulating Dustin Powers in his new role of Regional Branch Manager for Central and Southern California.
As for me, I remain fully invested and committed to MLS as the CEO and Owner. My overall objectives continue to be the creation of solid short- and long-term plans for the organization that align with my vision. To define and foster a healthy productive culture, and ensure that we are taking good care of our customers, suppliers and employees.
