Whether it’s sending a camera down a well or climbing onto the back of a rig, Marco approaches every challenge hands-on, driven by a “Control Your Destiny” attitude that inspires those around him. Though still new, his hunger to master the craft is undeniable and contagious.
Marco’s curiosity is matched only by his humility and willingness to seek support—from his branch team mates to anyone who can help him excel. He actively reaches out, learns, and grows so that he can serve his customers with excellence and authenticity.
